DESCRIPTION:Jumbo July is off to a blazing start\, as we learn the science behind redwood trees fireproof capabilities. This hot topic will showcase the unique adaptations of redwood trees\, how wildfires transform forest ecology\, and how the ecosystems are able to bounce back. \nREGISTER\nInstructor: Brian Woodward – Sempervirens’ Land & Stewardship Committee and Forest Advisor\nClass Size: 60 participants\nMaterials: Light refreshments will be served prior to the start of the program.
