DESCRIPTION:Join your friends at the Museum as we put the “pal” in paleontology at this Pleistocene Pop-Up family fun festival all about fossils! \nMeet geologists\, paleontologists\, naturalists\, and artists for an afternoon of family-friendly fun\, activity stations\, fossil interactives\, and so much more. \nFeatured programs throughout the day include a fossil identification station\, a Rockin’ Pop Up meet-and-greet with geologists\, United States Geological Survey (USGS) scientists\, and hands-on fossil kits for families to learn and play with. So\, make sure to bring any mystery fossils and rocks from home for identification at this celebration of fossil fun! \nThis event is FREE to the public and open to dinosaur lovers of all ages!
